Tyler Sokanoff

Tyler Sokanoff was born and raised in the Los Angeles area before discovering the world of seasonal work, which took him all over North and South America before he landed at Copper Mountain Resort. When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking, backpacking, trail running, camping, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, or whipping up one of his legendary culinary creations. Fun fact about Tyler is he has been to 74% of all countries in the Americas.


Heather Nimityongskul

Originally from Cottonwood, Idaho, Heather made her way to Colorado to be close to her sister and has embraced everything the mountains have to offer. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, cross-country skiing, traveling, reading, or spending quality time with her family. Guided by gratitude and the simple motto of “choose to be happy,” Heather makes a point to reflect on how fortunate she is to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by amazing people.


Jenna Olander

Jenna hails from Des Moines, Iowa, but has made Denver her home. She is passionate about outdoor activities like hiking and biking, and she enjoys spending her downtime cooking and reading. Together with her boyfriend and dog, Jenna loves to unwind at happy hours with friends. In the workplace, she is known for being passionate, collaborative, and adaptable. An interesting tidbit about Jenna is that she learned to drive a tractor before a car. Among her aspirations are brewing her own beer and visiting all seven continents.


Grace Conway

Grace hails from Spring Green, Wisconsin, where she spent her childhood exploring the grounds of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin estate. An outdoor enthusiast, Grace thrives in fresh air, enjoying skiing, hiking, camping, and paddle boarding with her loved ones. She also practices yoga to maintain balance, both physically and mentally, and indulges in thrift shopping during her trips to Denver. In the workplace, Grace is known for her adaptability, organization, and dependability. She was excited about joining The Pinnacle Companies, drawn by the firm’s vibrant community and culture, and the opportunity to make a significant career shift into the design industry.


Cat Lykins

Design Collaborator

Cat is a Colorado native who studied sustainable interior design at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. When she’s not elbow deep in fabric swatches you can find her hanging out with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, gardening, camping, hiking, or baking.


Emma Peaker

LEAD DESIGNER

Emma is a Colorado Native who studied Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder. Emma explored Costal Design through internships and careers on the East Coast but has returned home to the Rocky Mountains to join Collective Design as an Associate Designer. When she’s not designing, Emma enjoys skiing, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, and spending time with family!


Trevor Evensen

Born and raised in Southern California, Trevor has always enjoyed the outdoors. He moved to Colorado in 2014 to pursue an outdoor lifestyle. He attended Colorado State University and graduated with a degree in Forestry. In the winter, you can find him getting turns on the slopes and in the summer he’ll be riding trails on his dirt bike. When he’s not seeking adrenaline, Trevor can be found fly fishing, backpacking, and camping.


Lisa Yates

Principal Designer

Lisa Yates joins the Pinnacle design team with over ten years of experience in the interior design industry. She will help transform your house into a home from conception to installation. Lisa’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure that each project reflects the client’s personal style and needs. When she is not designing, Lisa enjoys spending time skiing, whitewater rafting, and backpacking with her husband and two dogs.


Robin Massingill

ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

Robin was born and raised in the heat of Mississippi and Arkansas with her twin brother and 2 older sisters.  She graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Woo pig sooie!!  After moving to Colorado in 2015 she found a passion for backpacking in the summers, skiing in the winters, and enjoying concerts in between. Robin prioritizes being a good listener, staying curious, and taking risk to execute curated spaces that are full of personality.


Randi Garber

Randi’s Interior Design experience coupled with decades of experience in project and office management makes her a key asset to the Design Studio. She empowers our designers through providing excellent operational and administrative support. Randi is originally from the Philadelphia area and made her way to Summit County via Jackson Hole, WY and Whitefish, MT. She has been calling Breckenridge her home since 2007. Along with her daughter, they enjoy hiking, skiing and anything outdoors.
