Originally from Long Island, Ryan was drawn to Colorado after visiting friends in Breckenridge and never looked back. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the slopes snowboarding, on the golf course, catching free concerts in Dillon or Vail, or competing in an intramural softball or bowling league. Ryan is guided by gratitude and a belief in bringing genuine passion to everything he does — personally and professionally — and feels especially fortunate to be surrounded by incredible family and friends along the way.

Originally from Upstate New York near Albany, Emily is an upbeat and collaborative professional who thrives on adventure and creativity. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling, skiing, and crocheting – and fun fact – once raised three pet ducks named Marg, Lucille, and Hank. Emily is excited to join The Pinnacle Companies to learn and grow within its dynamic culture, and she lives by the mantra: “Do small things with great love.”

Jess is originally from Delaware and brings a passion for both creativity and process improvement to every project. Outside of work, Jess enjoys a variety of activities, including travel, reading, pottery, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. Known for being passionate, collaborative, and warm, Jess thrives in team environments and is excited to join The Pinnacle Companies, where she can integrate her love for design with her commitment to process improvement. A fun fact about Jess is that she played the saxophone in a jazz band for eight years. One of her top bucket list goals is to visit every U.S. National Park, with Torres Del Paine National Park at the top of her list. Jess is inspired by the quote, “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” – Benjamin Franklin.

Chase, originally from a rural township outside of Wausau, Wisconsin, has lived all over the US. He enjoys cooking, reading, golfing, and family adventures in his spare time. Known for being adaptable, open-minded, and genuine at work, Chase brings a positive and flexible approach to his role. A fun fact about him is that he has visited 49 US states, with Alaska still on his list. One of his bucket list goals is to visit a certain number of countries by the age of 50 with his wife. 

Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Eric enjoys rock climbing, skiing, whitewater kayaking, and surfing in his spare time. In the workplace, he is known for being empathetic, hardworking, and focused. A fun fact about Eric is that during college, he bicycled across the US to raise money for cancer research. One thing on his bucket list is to visit Antarctica.

Born and raised in Michigan, Amy moved to Summit County in 2000 and has been enjoying the mountain lifestyle ever since.  Amy received a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, as well as an MBA/MS Accounting from University of Colorado Denver and has worked with companies ranging from small startups to international corporations before joining the Pinnacle team.  When not in the office, Amyenjoys playing hockey, hiking, camping, traveling, and cheering on Michigan sports teams (go Blue!).

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Corinne moved to Colorado in 2015 from Northern NJ. She has 7 years of agency experience and brings a wide range of marketing knowledge to our team! In her spare time, Corinne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pup, June She’ll try anything once and has many hobbies and interests to prove it; climbing mountains, camping, fishing, pickleball, trap/target shooting, snowboarding, golfing, painting, photography, live music and festivals, and international travel!

Originally from New Jersey, Holly and her husband moved to Summit County in 2021. After a long career in insurance, she joined the Pinnacle Team. Outside of work she enjoys exercising, camping, cooking, and spending time with family. 

What started as a mountain destination wedding in August 2013, led Natalie to begin her career at Pinnacle Lodging and live in Breckenridge full-time. Not able to resist the natural beauty and down-to-earth, conscientious people of Colorado, she has been here ever since. She manages the full cycle of owner billing, month end procedures, vendor billing, payroll, and other analyses and projects streamlining the business processes. Outside of work she hikes with her two dogs Aspen and Petey, playing in her coed softball league, traveling, and visiting friends and family.
