Elle Harris
Elle Harris grew up in a northern suburb of Chicago and has been vacationing in Colorado with her family since she was two and a half, so when it was time for college, she came west and stayed for the outdoors. At Pinnacle Lodging, she loves making real connections with guests and looking for small ways to personalize each interaction, because feeling truly seen is what guests remember long after their stay. She brings curiosity, enthusiasm, adaptability and a knack for problem-solving to the team, and she lives by the principle of always staying a student. When she’s not working, she’s skiing, hiking, biking, paddleboarding or playing pickleball, cooking and baking, or sitting by a lake with a coffee and a good book.
Anna Zoltowska
Anna Zoltowska grew up in a small town in Poland, where a love of mountain hiking took her from the ranges of Europe to the Canadian Rockies and eventually all the way to Colorado. Guided by the principle that you should do everything you can to be independent, she brings quick problem-solving to the Pinnacle Lodging team, along with an eye for detail that means every home looks great, feels cozy, and functions flawlessly. Outside of work, she’s drawn to art she can observe, touch, and explore, to anywhere she hasn’t been before, and to a good game of chess, which she used to play for money and won often.
Nicole Greer
Nicole Greer grew up in San Clemente, a small beach town in Southern California, and the beach still feels like home to her. She builds trust through consistency, leads by serving and reads people well, which makes her a strong partner to clients and vendors alike. Her favorite part of the job is working with vendor partners to build something special, and she’s still amazed every time she watches a home rise out of nothing. Away from work, you’ll find her courtside at her son’s basketball games, spending time with family, or out shopping, and she’s happy to show you the photo of the time she met Tupac.
Alex Tackes
Alex Tackes grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Texas to be close to his daughter, who is his number one priority. As part of the Pinnacle Modern team, he brings a sense of urgency and a solutions-driven mindset to every project. He loves working with others to create inspiring luxury homes that make daily life better for clients, and he gets real satisfaction from solving complex details quickly so a home is built to a high standard ahead of schedule. Outside of work, Alex hunts, fishes and competes in fitness events like Hyrox and running races, and he’s drawn to rural landscapes and simple living, whether in the Texas Hill Country or back home in the Midwest.
Kristi Cage
Originally from Maryland just outside Washington, D.C., Kristi found her way back to Colorado after realizing how much she missed the mountain lifestyle and the quality of life it offers. Outside of work, she enjoy hiking, skiing, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She is most passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life, collaborating with talented teams to create spaces where lasting memories will be made.
Tyler Sokanoff
Tyler Sokanoff was born and raised in the Los Angeles area before discovering the world of seasonal work, which took him all over North and South America before he landed at Copper Mountain Resort. When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking, backpacking, trail running, camping, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, or whipping up one of his legendary culinary creations. Fun fact about Tyler is he has been to 74% of all countries in the Americas.
Heather Nimityongskul
Originally from Cottonwood, Idaho, Heather made her way to Colorado to be close to her sister and has embraced everything the mountains have to offer. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, cross-country skiing, traveling, reading, or spending quality time with her family. Guided by gratitude and the simple motto of “choose to be happy,” Heather makes a point to reflect on how fortunate she is to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by amazing people.
Ryan Baymack
Originally from Long Island, Ryan was drawn to Colorado after visiting friends in Breckenridge and never looked back. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the slopes snowboarding, on the golf course, catching free concerts in Dillon or Vail, or competing in an intramural softball or bowling league. Ryan is guided by gratitude and a belief in bringing genuine passion to everything he does — personally and professionally — and feels especially fortunate to be surrounded by incredible family and friends along the way.
