The Property Inspector candidate will examine the property after it has been cleaned ensuring it is up to Pinnacle standards. The ideal applicant has high attention to detail, can spot-clean as needed, as well as fix minor maintenance items, not limited to replacing light bulbs, tightening stools and chairs, and troubleshooting AV equipment.
Primary Role & Requirements:
• Strong problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Troubleshoot and fix common household maintenance items
• Work directly with other maintenance techs and the front desk personnel to fulfill guest and other maintenance requests
• Highly organized
• Willingness to learn
• Flexible scheduling
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Evening, holiday, weekend, and on-call availability
This is not a seasonal position. Salary & benefits dependent on experience & skill level, but we pay well and provide great benefits including healthcare, 401k, flexible work schedules, generous time off, as well as the opportunity for company ownership with profit sharing.
