We’re honored to share that The Pinnacle Companies has been recognized as the 2024 Innovator of the Year by the Summit Chamber Business Excellence Awards. 

This recognition isn’t just about what we’ve built, it’s about how we’re working to do things differently. For us, innovation means staying curious, asking better questions, and challenging ourselves to improve the experience we deliver across every part of our business. Over the past year, that’s looked like integrating smarter technology into design, construction, property care, and hospitality, creating a more seamless, personalized journey for every client. 

As an employee-owned company, this award reflects the shared mindset of our entire team. Innovation happens here not because of one idea or one person, but because of the collective care and creativity of a team committed to doing meaningful work, together. 

Beyond the homes we build, we see community impact as a vital part of our work. Through our Pinnacle Gives initiative, our team had the opportunity to support 44 local nonprofits and contribute over 400 hours of volunteer time in 2024. These efforts may be small in the grand scheme, but we believe they’re part of building a stronger, more connected Summit County.
